Delivery is currently Free of charge on all orders over £5.00
Your goods will normally be received by you within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of cleared payment
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given, however we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.
We reserve the right to decline your order. In which case you will be contacted by email.
RETURNS POLICY:
Should any item be unsuitable.
4sg Ltd will refund you the amount less our cost of p & p within 30 days of reciept of the unwanted items,
return payment will be made by cheque or by original credit card, Under the following conditions.
* All items must be returned by recorded delivery at your cost within 7 days of reciept.
* All items must be returned in original packaging undamaged/unused.
Please contact us at: prior to returning your items for confirmation of acceptance of items as certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
None of the above is intended to affect your statuatory rights under the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling) Reguations 2000.
